TD Customer Experience Associate

Serve Etobicoke customers part time at TD Canada Trust, using accurate financial transactions and clear banking advice to create positive experiences.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support frontline Personal and Commercial Banking services. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, and resolving concerns. The role also includes promoting banking products, completing business processes, and supporting team effectiveness.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
• Recommend operational improvements supporting service excellence

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, and adaptability
• Effective verbal and written customer communication skills
