Real Estate Investment Analyst

Analyze real estate investments in Toronto with Excel, Argus, and financial modeling skills supporting acquisition and disposition decisions.

As an Investments Analyst at Quad Real Property Group, you will support the Investments team under the Director, Investments. Your work will include financial analysis, market research, underwriting, and presentation materials for senior management. You will collaborate with investment, development, asset management, leasing, and property management teams.

• Assess acquisition opportunities through financial and comparable market analysis
• Build Argus and Excel models projecting cashflows and investment returns
• Participate in lease, zoning, environmental, and building due diligence
• Prepare investment memorandums for acquisitions and dispositions
• Complete hold-sell analysis and disposition exit scenarios

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or Real Estate
• One to three years of relevant real estate experience
• Strong financial mathematics, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly functional Excel, PowerPoint, and Word capabilities
• Superior English communication and collaborative relationship-building skills
