Real Estate Investment Analyst

Build financial models and investment analysis with Quad Real Property Group in Toronto, supporting acquisitions, dispositions, and senior management decisions.

The Analyst, Investments supports Quad Real’s Investments team and reports to the Director, Investments. You will prepare underwriting models, market analysis, cash flow projections, and written and graphic presentation materials. The work involves collaboration with investment, development, asset management, leasing, and property management teams.

• Analyze acquisition opportunities and prepare financial and cash flow models
• Develop Argus and Excel models projecting cash flows and returns
• Participate in due diligence, including leases, zoning, and environmental risks
• Write investment memorandums for acquisitions and dispositions
• Complete hold-sell analysis and disposition exit scenarios

• University degree in commerce, business, real estate, or finance
• One to three years of relevant real estate industry experience
• Excellent financial math, analytical, problem-solving, and complex issue skills
• Highly functional Excel, PowerPoint, and Word capabilities
• Superior English communication, collaboration, discretion, and confidentiality
