Credit and Collections Finance Manager

This Accounts Receivable Manager leads daily receivables operations within a global technology company. You will monitor overdue balances, manage escalations, support credit reviews, and report collection metrics. The role also partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal while maintaining accounting governance and control discipline. Magnet Forensics serves thousands of customers with digital investigative software.

• Monitor overdue accounts, aged balances, and collection escalations
• Review credit information and recommend limits and payment terms
• Track credit and collections metrics for Finance leadership
• Partner cross-functionally on customer account concerns
• Maintain timely responses across the accounts receivable inbox

• Progressive credit and collections experience of five-plus years
• Team leadership experience of at least two years
• Experience improving collection effectiveness and payment performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and sound judgment
