Wealth Sales Team Leader

Lead wealth sales through coaching and talent development at Manulife, helping consultants deliver strong results and better member experiences.

As Sales Leader, you will lead Licensed Financial Consultants within Manulife’s Wealth and Retirement business. Reporting to the Head of Transition Solutions, you will influence retention, asset growth, and service results. The work emphasizes coaching, performance management, financial guidance, and relationship building.

• Coach Licensed Financial Consultants toward sales, service, and business objectives
• Conduct call reviews, performance conversations, and team meetings
• Monitor pipelines, conversions, activity, and business opportunities
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and high-quality financial guidance
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train sales professionals

• Three to five years leadership experience in financial services
• Demonstrated success leading sales teams and achieving business results
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities
• Investment, retirement, and wealth management knowledge preferred
