Senior Manager Lending Analytics Strategy

Drive lending analytics and strategy for Capital One Canada from Toronto, using financial modeling, credit analysis, and business judgment in a hybrid workplace.

This Senior Manager role partners with leaders across the Canada business and maintains strong links with UK and US Card teams. You will lead a team of analysts, challenge first-line strategy, and develop solutions for major company challenges. Your work spans product pricing, customer acquisition, credit risk, and execution, with direct senior exposure across Capital One.

• Lead teams developing strategies for lending products and business segments
• Model product performance and implement pricing strategies
• Build insights informing customer experiences and marketing strategies
• Connect credit trends with historical behavior and test hypotheses
• Oversee projects while sequencing business strategy execution

• Four-plus years quantitative analysis and project management experience
• Proven cross-functional strategy delivery from inception to implementation
• Strong quantitative decision-making and problem-solving orientation
• Executive communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
