Real Estate Investment Associate

Real estate investment analysis and advanced Excel modelling define this Associate opportunity in Toronto, with four days in the office each week.

Support the Investments team across acquisitions, portfolio management, investor reporting, and financing. The work spans seniors living, residential developments, and new investment opportunities. Build models, research markets, and translate complex financial information into clear reporting materials.

• Underwrite acquisitions and portfolio transactions through financial modelling
• Conduct due diligence, financing analysis, and investment returns analysis
• Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, and investment risks
• Prepare reporting packages and updates for equity partners
• Evaluate new opportunities using market research and investment analysis

• Three to five years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong financial modelling capabilities
• Understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
• Real estate investment or portfolio management experience considered an asset
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
