Senior Investment Fund Tax Advisor

Investment fund taxation expertise takes center stage at National Bank for a Senior Advisor supporting tax, accounting, and regulatory decisions. English is required.
As Senior Advisor – Investment Fund and ETF Taxation, you will advise internal and external partners within Investment Fund Administration. Your work supports NAV calculations, financial statements, tax returns, distribution calculations, and evolving best practices. You will contribute strategic recommendations and functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise partners on investment fund tax, accounting, and regulatory matters
Analyze complex situations and recommend strategic outcomes
Coordinate distributions and investment fund tax returns
Maintain controls supporting financial data integrity and quality
Monitor changes and improve processes through automation
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Taxation or equivalent education and experience
Seven to ten years of relevant experience
Deep expertise in investment funds, trusts, and taxation
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analysis skills
Experience coaching, influencing stakeholders, and supporting transformation projects
