Chief Financial Officer Digital Assets

Lead finance for Tetra Digital Group from its office three days weekly, applying IFRS expertise and digital-asset accounting knowledge. Partner with executives, regulators, and investors across Canada.
As the senior finance seat, you will own accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, and regulatory reporting across Tetra Trust, CADD Digital, and related businesses. You will advise the CEO, board, and audit committee while shaping capital strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and M&A. The role covers regulated custody, stablecoin reserves, and evolving payment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Own consolidated IFRS reporting, crypto-asset accounting, and fair value measurement
Lead equity, debt, strategic investment, and fundraising activities
Shape CADD reserve investment policy, income models, and liquidity buffers
Manage treasury, runway, liquidity, tax, audits, and regulatory filings
Build controls, finance systems, reconciliations, and reporting automation
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree and CPA or equivalent professional designation
Advanced IFRS, regulatory reporting, controls, and audit readiness
Capital raising, M&A, treasury, and multi-currency liquidity experience
Understanding of stablecoin reserves, redemptions, and digital-asset accounting
Bring senior finance leadership, regulatory discipline, and digital-asset fluency to Tetra’s accounting, capital, and liquidity strategy.
