Senior Manager Finance Reporting Operations

Drive financial reporting and supply chain oversight for Biogen’s Canadian affiliate from its hybrid Toronto offices.
As Senior Manager, Affiliate Finance, you will maintain accurate financial data and deliver reporting that supports commercial and operating expense decisions. The role includes general ledger and P&L integrity, expense reporting packages, audit coordination, compliance, and financial control requirements. You will partner with third-party logistics providers on supply chain activities and support reporting for Patient Service Programs and Distribution COGS. You will also collaborate with the Associate Director, FP&A and Head of Finance on planning cycles and strategic initiatives.

This 12 month fixed term contract requires professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Process improvement remains central to stronger efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities across affiliate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate affiliate records, ledgers, and P&L reporting
Distribute financial reports and expense reporting packages
Coordinate audit requests and supporting documentation
Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and controls
Partner cross-functionally on operational financial objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline
Required CPA designation
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
Ability to work independently across digital platforms
Use reporting discipline, operational finance expertise, and cross-functional partnership to support Biogen’s Toronto affiliate.
