Financial Services Representative Part-Time

As a Member Services Representative, you will handle day-to-day transactions while serving member-owners professionally. You will answer inquiries, identify relevant products and services, recommend deposit and credit products, and process electronic funds transfers. Branch teams will also receive operational support.

• Accurately process financial transactions and electronic funds transfers
• Follow credit union policies, compliance, security, and risk procedures
• Recommend deposit and credit products based on member needs
• Support deposits, Member Ownership Rewards, and credit card targets
• Conduct outbound calls for service and credit union initiatives

• Previous customer service, retail, banking, or financial services experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, accurate, and organized approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Part-time availability across various Luminus Financial locations
