As Director, Value Added Services and Beyond Banking, you will connect customer goals with relevant advice, products, and experiences. Your portfolio includes My Financial Progress, Credit Coach, Smart Progress, Zogo, and Beyond Banking Benefits. You will lead cross-functional execution across Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Risk, Procurement, and frontline partners.

- Help customers build financial resilience and confidence
- Own BMO’s financial education offering
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across enterprise partners
- Build, coach, and develop strategy and product professionals
- Undergraduate degree and MBA from a top tier school
- 10+ years in strategy, product, or customer experience
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated people leadership and team development
