Corporate Finance Analyst

Build financial models and valuations as a Corporate Financial Analyst with Stalwart Insurance Brokers in Toronto, working in person.

This permanent, full-time analyst role supports corporate finance transactions, business valuations, structure optimization, and sophisticated insurance underwriting. You will serve ultra-high-net-worth clients and Stalwart under an experienced execution team. The work spans investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance disciplines.

• Develop complex financial models for transactions and operating businesses
• Manage client due diligence and information collection processes
• Complete first-principles asset valuations using varied methodologies
• Research companies, industries, geographies, and competitive landscapes
• Prepare presentations, proposals, memorandums, and situation overviews

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, business, or STEM
• Communicate complex concepts concisely verbally and in writing
• Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
• Produce accurate, thorough work under tight deadlines
• Currently authorized to work in Canada
