Key Responsibilities:- Analyze documents and execute routine deposit transactions accurately
- Research payment discrepancies and incoming payment activity
- Monitor incoming and outgoing account payments for suitability
- Answer internal and external partner email inquiries
- Maintain reports and escalate issues beyond scope
- Two to three years in bank or dealer operations
- Post-secondary business degree or related diploma
- Strong Deposits knowledge, including CPS or T24
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent accuracy, organization, communication, and customer service
