Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.

The Senior Financial Analyst, AI supports the MIS team by identifying and implementing practical uses of artificial intelligence and automation to reduce manual effort, accelerate financial analysis and commentary, and strengthen reporting quality assurance processes.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across reporting processes, prioritizing use cases based on expected time savings, risks, and data requirements.
  • Design and pilot AI-assisted workflows that identify, quantify, and explain key variances across actual-to-forecast, month-over-month, and year-over-year results.
  • Accelerate variance analysis during month-end and forecasting cycles.
  • Develop AI-generated first-draft commentary for management reporting, ensuring it is grounded in reported financial results and reviewed before release.
  • Automate quality assurance checks, including completeness reviews, source reconciliations, mapping validation, and anomaly detection.
  • Establish processes that flag data and reporting issues before information reaches final reports.
  • Assess which activities can be fully automated, require human review, or should remain manual.
  • Ensure AI solutions align with applicable data-handling, privacy, and control guidelines.
  • Document solutions and share insights to support the team’s adoption of AI tools in its day-to-day work.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
  • A university degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong SQL, Power BI, and DAX skills.
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Claude, or similar technologies.
  • An understanding of how to validate AI-generated outputs.
  • A curious and detail‑oriented approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • The ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • A self-directed work style and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with peak periods.
  • It would be an asset if you have experience with Analysis Services, Python, or other automation tools.
What’s in it for you?
  • A rewarding career path with diverse opportunities for professional development
  • An organization committed to making a difference in our communities – for you and our customers.
  • A competitive rewards program includes annual bonus, flexible vacation, personal and sick days, and comprehensive benefits that start on your first day.
