Lead valuation advisory engagements in Toronto with BDO, applying technical valuation expertise and financial modelling within a blended work model.
As Manager, you will deliver valuation services for entrepreneurial businesses, institutional investors, and publicly traded corporations. Your work spans business valuations, investment entity reviews, fairness opinions, audit assistance, and complex financial instruments. You will collaborate with senior valuation professionals and support high-quality engagements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage business valuation engagements for reporting, tax, compliance, and transactions
- Support investment entity reviews under CBV standards
- Prepare fairness opinion analysis for corporate transactions
- Conduct valuation modelling for complex financial instruments
- Coordinate timely delivery within scope, budget, and standards
- Five to eight years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Understanding of valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis
- CBV designation or active CBV pursuit
- Strong communication and engagement management skills
