The Manager, Third Party Risk supports Equitable Bank’s operational risk management program. This second-line role provides independent oversight and effective challenge. It helps ensure the Bank operates within its established operational risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities:

Support development of the operational risk management program
Support ongoing execution across Equitable Bank
Provide independent oversight of third party risk
Deliver effective challenge as the second line
Help ensure operations remain within risk appetite
Requirements:
Experience supporting operational risk management programs
Understanding of independent oversight responsibilities
Ability to provide effective challenge
Understanding of second-line risk management practices
Ability to assess alignment with operational risk appetite
