As a Subprime Finance Manager at Favorit Motors, you will be responsible for managing the entire finance process for subprime customers. This includes assessing credit profiles, structuring loan deals, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate subprime finance transactions from application to delivery

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person

• Negotiate terms with lenders and clients

• Maintain accurate and compliant records in Dealer Track

• Collect necessary documentation for funding

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years' experience in subprime finance or F&I

• Knowledge of deal structuring and funding procedures

• Ability to analyze credit reports thoroughly

• OMVIC License (or willingness to obtain)

• Clean driving record required
