You will play a key role in processing documentation and supporting the court activities related to parking enforcement. Responsibilities include initiating reviews, managing records, and assisting in prosecutions. With a focus on organized and respectful service delivery, your strong communication skills will help foster relationships with residents and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to Supervisory Review requests from City of Toronto
• Maintain files on Municipal Law Enforcement Officers
• Swear information and support Crown Counsel in court
• Manage parking enforcement-related complaints
• Enter data and track payments for towing invoices
Requirements:
• Certificate in Law Enforcement or relevant experience
• Strong computer skills, especially in spreadsheet management
• Knowledge of provincial offences and by-law prosecution
• Superior decision-making and interpersonal abilities
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
