You’ll administer psychometric assessments to new uniform employees, evaluate transfers, and assess civilian candidates. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychometric assessments for new recruits

• Evaluate potential transfers to specialized units

• Assess civilian candidates for various positions

• Prepare detailed reports based on assessment findings

• Collaborate with psychologists on evaluation decisions

Requirements:

• Ability to pass OPP background/security investigation

• Valid Class G Driver's licence

• Knowledge of psychological testing principles

• Experience with statistical data interpretation

• Understanding of the Canadian Code of Ethics for psychologists
