Joining the Parks & Recreation division, you will handle various projects and support program-specific functions. Key responsibilities include data analysis, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. You will also support budget administration, monitor internal and external communications, and offer training resources for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement plans and recommend policies for programs
• Coordinate projects and prepare briefing notes
• Maintain data and analyze reports efficiently
• Liaise with external partners and residents
• Monitor and prepare budget summary documents
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in related disciplines
• Experience in report writing and project coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Share Point
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Class G Driver’s Licence for City use
Excel in operational support and enhance community engagement through your role at the City of Toronto.
