Advance your expertise as a Senior Contract Administrator with a leading public transportation entity in North York, ON. This hybrid role is centered on effective contract administration and management in complex transit projects.
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of operational contracts critical for public transit operations. Collaborating with stakeholders across departments, you will ensure contractual compliance and drive performance excellence while addressing risks and issues that arise in managing complex agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contracts through all phases from award to closeout
• Review and evaluate vendor submissions for compliance
• Interpret and enforce contract terms effectively
• Monitor vendor performance and address compliance issues
• Assist in negotiation and resolution of disputes
Requirements:
• At least 10 years in Contract Administration or similar fields
• Experience with public transportation organizations
• Comprehensive understanding of contract law and management
• Proficient with reporting tools and contract management systems
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
