Become a vital part of the Toronto Parking Authority as the Advisor for Stakeholder Relationships. This role focuses on engaging with diverse community partners and fostering effective collaboration.
The successful candidate will support the Director, ensuring productive relationships with industry and government entities. This position requires adeptness in handling sensitive issues while coordinating responses across various teams. Moreover, you will represent the authority at community meetings and monitor key developments in City Council.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage relations with key stakeholders and councillors
• Represent the authority in community discussions and meetings
• Monitor and analyze City Council directions
• Prepare briefing notes and issue analyses for leadership
• Support cross-functional collaboration for timely solutions
Requirements:
• Degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or equivalent experience
• At least four years in related stakeholder management
• Familiarity with transportation planning an asset
• Public sector experience is an advantage
• Strong project management skills across multiple stakeholders
