We are looking for an ambitious Senior Planner to join WW+P Architects + Planners Inc.

Your role will encompass project management and the creation of planning reports tailored for our diverse client base. Collaborate with fellow planners while mentoring junior staff, providing them with vital insights into urban design and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate development approvals for various projects

• Contribute to planning justification reports and studies

• Work with interdisciplinary teams to refine planning strategies

• Mentor junior and intermediate planners within the firm

• Promote WW+P’s client engagements and community initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in planning

• Six years of relevant urban planning experience

• Deep understanding of municipal policies and planning approvals

• Experience in public engagement and community design

• Knowledge of housing issues in Metro Vancouver
