You will play a vital role in the Strategic Policy and Planning Division, leading high-priority files and providing strategic advice on complex policy matters. Your expertise in relationship development and communication skills will be key in fostering collaboration across sectors, ensuring the successful implementation of educational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in cross-ministry project teams for policy initiatives
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative research in policy analysis
• Prepare and present support materials for decision-makers
• Maintain strong relationships for intergovernmental collaboration
• Mentor junior policy team members in best practices
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in educational policy analysis
• Strong understanding of Cabinet and legislative procedures
• Ability to address and resolve complex issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective project management capabilities
Contribute to shaping Ontario's education landscape through strategic analysis and innovative policy solutions.
