Join Supply Ontario as a Bilingual Change Management Lead to enhance stakeholder engagement and drive effective change management initiatives across the province. This full-time role is ideal for those passionate about procurement and public sector collaboration.
As part of the Stakeholder Management Unit, you will utilize your 6-8 years of professional experience to implement engagement strategies and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that stakeholder requirements are met, advancing programs that support supply chain management and procurement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement stakeholder engagement strategies for procurement programs
• Assess needs and facilitate stakeholder development
• Strengthen multi-sector relationships in procurement
• Collaborate to meet organizational objectives
• Create training materials for policy adoption
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• 6-8 years relevant experience
• Proven stakeholder engagement and change management skills
• Strong writing and presentation abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
