About the role
Serve as a strategic advisor to ministry partners.
Guide communications on policy, priorities, and public messaging.
Oversee high‑impact content for the Premier’s Office and ministries across media channels.
Coordinate with Cabinet Office teams to manage announcements and meet deadlines.
Foster a collaborative, results‑driven team culture.
Deliver expert advice, project leadership, and sharp analysis.
Ensure seamless communications across portfolios.
Provide responsive, client‑focused service.
Technical Knowledge
Proven expertise in strategic communications and executing integrated strategies.
Solid understanding of Ontario government priorities, issues, and decision‑making processes.
Clear grasp of how communications shape public policy and perception.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Strong relationship management and client service abilities.
Skilled at handling sensitive issues with tact, discretion, and political acuity.
