Reporting directly to the Compliance Director, this role provides a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge in insurance compliance and foster ethical conduct across our organization. You will lead compliance assessments, identify risks, and build strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct compliance reviews for distribution channels
• Summarize interviews and provide insightful recommendations
• Maintain records of compliance issues and resolutions
• Identify improvement opportunities for compliance documentation
• Participate in compliance-related projects
Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in compliance or audit
• Proficiency in MS Office required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compliance management certification is a plus
Play a vital role in maintaining compliance integrity within Securian Canada and support future industry standards.
