Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to resolve revenue leakage in housing processes

• Supervise and mentor a team of clerks in system tasks

• Prepare detailed reports and updates for leadership stakeholders

• Establish dashboards to visualize revenue performance

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in revenue management within public/non-profit sectors

• Effective supervisory experience and project management skills
