RBH, a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead their Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs team. With over 8 years in public policy or regulatory affairs, you will build relationships with political stakeholders and advocate for smoke-free products. In this leadership role, you will develop and execute engagement strategies while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with government stakeholders

• Monitor and analyze political developments impacting strategy

• Develop stakeholder engagement and advocacy campaigns

• Lead the Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs team

• Ensure compliance with laws and organizational standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree;
Master’s preferred

• 8–12+ years in government relations or public policy

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Strong grasp of Canadian regulatory landscape

• Leadership experience with team management
