Become a key player in fostering integrity within municipal governance as a Team Lead, Municipal Integrity at the Office of the Integrity Commissioner. This role focuses on policy formulation and overall accountability.

The Office is looking for a proactive Team Lead who can effectively coordinate responsibilities related to municipal integrity commissioners under the Municipal Act, 2001 and the City of Toronto Act, 2006. This new position will enable you to analyze inquiries and craft policies that bolster the integrity framework in municipal environments. Your analytical and organizational skills will be essential in fostering a transparent accountability structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Commissioner’s integrity duties

• Formulate clear policies and procedures

• Analyze public and official inquiries

• Establish a repository for reports and decisions

• Identify training needs for municipal integrity commissioners

Requirements:

• Completion of university degree or equivalent

• Familiarity with relevant legislation
