Position: Team Lead for Municipal Integrity
Drive municipal accountability as a Team Lead for the Office of the Integrity Commissioner in Toronto. This role emphasizes policy development and analytical skills for effective governance.

This is a new opening for the Team Lead, Municipal Integrity role. Reporting to the Deputy Commissioner, your duties will include developing essential policies, analyzing municipal inquiries, and overseeing inquiries officers’ work. You'll also lead the creation of a comprehensive decision repository and develop training for integrity commissioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Integrity Commissioner’s municipal duties

• Create and coordinate policies for the Municipal Integrity mandate

• Analyze inquiries from officials and the public

• Establish a repository of decisions and reports

• Develop training and procedural content for integrity sessions

Requirements:

• Completion of a university degree or equivalent

• Knowledge of relevant integrity legislation

• Experience in policy development and drafting

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent communication abilities in writing and speech
