We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our team in downtown Toronto. This is a full-time, permanent position with a stable schedule and opportunities for bonus incentives.

Compensation: $36.00/hour, 30 hours per week

Flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
Openings: 1 position available

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• A recognized hairstyling certificate/diploma or equivalent hands‑on experience
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a salon setting
• Valid Ontario Hairstylist Licence
• Experience with advanced services such as Japanese straightening or digital perms is a strong advantage

• Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling
• Perform chemical treatments such as perms, straightening, balayage, highlights, and more
• Assess hair and scalp condition and recommend suitable treatments
• Offer consultations and suggest styles tailored to each client’s features and preferences
• Support daily salon operations, including mentoring junior staff when needed
• Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and product levels
• Assist with bookings and front desk tasks as required
