Stylists provide exceptional guest service, including delivering consultations and performing requested services efficiently and professionally; complete administrative duties such as transactions on the register, close‑out procedures and light housekeeping.

• Current cosmetology or barber license required by state or provincial regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent guest communication and service skills.
• Administrative capability with computer register handling.

• Standing for sustained periods.
• Frequent lifting of up to 10 lb, occasionally up to 25 lb.
• Continuous repetitive movement of fingers, hands, wrists and arms.
• Continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level.
• Exposure to chemicals and fragrances used in services.
• Requires adequate vision for close work, color discrimination and focus adjustment.
• Communication and understanding of guest needs and wants.
