Job Overview

Benefit Cosmetics Canada is looking for a Freelance Brow Expert to serve at our Union, Eaton Centre, and Bloor St. Benefit Brow Bar located exclusively at Sephora. A Freelance Brow Expert (Flexpert) is responsible for demonstrating and selling products and performing short salon services including brow mapping, tinting, waxing, shaping, and laminations, while creating an unforgettable experience for clients.

Demonstrate and sell products.

Perform short salon services: brow mapping, tinting, waxing, shaping, and laminations.

Stand for extended periods as required.

Ensure a fun and engaging client experience.

• Hair removal, waxing, or esthetics certification and/or training (considered a strong asset).
• Flexible regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Comfortable and competent performing wax services and makeup application.
• Must be courteous, responsible, and a team player.
• Enjoys a fun environment and has a sense of humor.
