Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support spa team members with empathy
• Manage daily operations and appointment schedules
• Resolve guest and service challenges promptly
• Handle administrative tasks, including payroll coordination
• Maintain spa standards for readiness and cleanliness
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in a spa or wellness setting
• Preferred:
Certified Aesthetician or Registered Massage Therapist
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Calm, confident leadership style
• Weekend availability is a must
