Job Details- Location:
Toronto, ON M5T 1S6 - Salary: $36.00 hourly
- Hours:
30 to 44 per week - Employment Term:
Permanent, Full time
Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not available.
Work Setting- Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio
- Book appointments
- Cut and trim hair according to clients' instructions or preferences
- Provide custom hair and scalp treatments
- Shampoo customers' hair
- Provide hair treatments, such as waving, straightening and tinting, and scalp conditioning massages
- Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses for colour, frosting or streaking
- Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
- Suggest hairstyles compatible with clients' physical features and preferences
- Maintain and order supplies
- Blow drying
- Iron waving/curling
- Twisting
- Bleach
- Dyes/tints
- Streaking/highlights
- Fast-paced environment
- Hand-eye coordination
