We are seeking a friendly and motivated Junior Barber / Hairstylist to join our dynamic team. • Perform basic haircuts, trims, and styling services tailored to client preferences
• Assist clients with consultations to determine their desired look
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas in accordance with health standards
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
• Upsell hair care products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and answering questions about services offered

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices
• Excellent communication skills to understand client requests and promote services/products
• Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Retail sales experience or interest is a plus
• Previous experience at the front desk or in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not required
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and dedication to professional growth

Pay: $17.20-$29.30 per hour
