Highly rated, fast-growing salon currently looking for Hairstylists and Assistants to join our team in our downtown Toronto locations (Bay & College, Bay & Dundas) and our North York location (Sheppard and Yonge) – over 1000 reviews on Google Business/Yelp/Vagaro for averaging 4.5-4.9 stars.

Our stylists are fully booked and unable to service new customers with a 2-4 week lead time, making it a great place to build a career and client portfolio. All high-traffic locations are minutes away from College/Dundas/Sheppard TTC stations.

• Booking appointments
• Providing consultation by analyzing clients’ hair and scalp condition
• Suggesting hairstyles compatible with clients’ physical features or determining style from clients’ instructions and preferences
• Performing haircut procedures (shampoo, conditioning, cutting, blow-drying, styling)
• Performing colour/perm procedures (bleach, tints, dyes, digital perm, cold perm, straightening perm)

• More than one year of experience as a hairstylist cutting men and women’s hair
• Passionate about the beauty industry and mastering your craft
• Punctual, responsible, and dedicated personality
• Familiarity with Asian hair is considered an asset
• Extensive experience with Balayage/Ombre coloring is a strong asset
• Graduation from a Canadian hair college such as Marca, Sassoon, Avola, etc. is welcomed

Hairstylist compensation is the greater of a minimum hourly base or commission, depending on seniority. 100% of tips is included. Minimum base floor hourly wage is available.
