About The Role – Esthetician

The Stillwater Spa is looking to hire an experienced Esthetician. The right team member must be passionate about skin care and the beauty/health industry. They must possess a strong ability to educate clients on a healthy home care routine.

• Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the spa area.
• Report to work punctually 15 minutes before your shift in proper uniform.
• Follow grooming standards as laid down by the hotel/spa per the Hyatt Look policy.
• Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Park Hyatt Standards of Performance.
• Perform all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work to the standard set. Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular basis reflecting changes in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.
• Be entirely flexible and adept to rotate within the different sub departments of the spa.
• Perform all spa nail treatments, as certified/trained to do so.
• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each therapy.
• Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
• Maintain an ample supply of products, alcohol, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the pantry/work area. Prepare kits as required/needed.
• Courtly interact and answer all facility-related questions with guests.
• Ensure being up to date with current trends in the spa treatment industry.
• Serve as a catalyst to promote spa services to members and hotel guests.
• Maintain current professional licenses as appropriate.

• Proven and demonstrated previous experience as an Esthetician in a high-volume spa/health club operation, preferably within hospitality/hotel environment.
• Solid knowledge of various treatment protocols and all candidates must have current qualifications and/or licenses where applicable.
• Service-focused personality is essential.
• Must have a flexible schedule, be highly motivated and quality driven.
• Excellent communication skills.

Rate: 17.60 per hour
