• Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
• Perform professional hair styling services tailored to client preferences and current trends
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
• Assist clients with product recommendations and upselling to enhance their experience and meet their needs
• Support retail sales efforts by promoting products and services effectively
• Ensure all salon protocols are followed to uphold quality standards and client satisfaction
• Keep the work area organized and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient operations

• Minimum experience of 2 years as a barber
• Able to be patient and level headed at all times
• Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to beauty or salon environments
• Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and management
• Professional demeanor with a focus on delivering a positive client experience
• Preferably residing in Etobicoke or neighboring areas
