Support Moroccanoil salon growth through color education, relationship management, and distributor collaboration, with required travel of 50-70% for business needs.
This Color Professional position serves the Education Team by delivering annual education strategies across core accounts and loyalty salons. You will facilitate demonstrations, hands-on learning, conversions, color correction, and special events. Collaboration with Sales, distributors, and regional managers supports consistent salon education and color business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with core loyalty salons
- Facilitate ongoing salon education touchpoints and color training
- Collaborate with Sales Teams and Distributor partners
- Plan and coordinate color segments for distributor events
- Analyze salon conversions for sales trends and goals
- Professional salon industry knowledge and sales landscape understanding
- Strong communication and effective collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Highly organized with ability to manage a robust calendar
- Professional demeanor, patience, and confidence with reluctance
