Physiotherapists (Full-time) - Orthopedics, Pelvic Health

Join a company that cares about your success and provides opportunities to grow. We are looking for orthopedic and/or pelvic health physiotherapists with a strong interest in assessing and developing plans as a primary care provider.

Compensation and schedule
:
Compensation starts at $75 per client hour. Base hourly and base plus commission models are available when starting up a caseload. Earn up to $1500 per quarter in bonuses based on billings. Increases in compensation are guaranteed yearly (2–5% depending on performance, status and tenure). Full-time with approximately 35 hours per week, aiming for an 80% booked and 80% retention rate.

Potential: aim to earn a minimum of $100,000 annually.

As a growing clinic with a strong digital presence and community ties, aims include receiving one new client on average per shift. We provide a creative, performance-based compensation model with bonuses, incentives, and allowances. Compensation is paid per client hour.

Requirements and experience
:

• Prior experience in a private outpatient setting (minimum 1–2 years) preferred.
• For Pelvic Health applicants, registration or completion of Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1 is required.

This position is set to start as soon as possible.
