Brookfield Place is a hub of movement—surrounded by professionals, commuters, and downtown residents who prioritize their health and wellness amidst their busy lives.

As a Physiotherapist Mentor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the clinical development of clinicians at your clinic through clinical mentorship, training, knowledge transfer, and setting a culture of clinical excellence.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality care and personalized treatment plans
• Serve as a mentor and resource for the clinician team
• Conduct one-on-one mentorship sessions for clinicians
• Create unique opportunities for clinicians to acquire and retain clinical skills
• Complete Therapist Development Profiles in a comprehensive, timely manner
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director to assess specific clinical development needs
• Deliver monthly Onboarding Modules for new hires
• Partner with Lead Clinicians at other clinics to ensure consistency of mentorship and training

• Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college
• Have the appropriate liability insurance
