In this dynamic role, you will work with our Manitoba and Saskatchewan Billing Operations Team to provide exceptional service to our customers and grow the Dr.Bill

brand of excellence.
Location: Manitoba or Saskatchewan.

• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Process medical claims.
• Reconcile monthly remittance advice.
• Generate billing reports.
• Resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Respond to billing questions.
• Provide claim recommendations when applicable.
• Respond to physician and internal communications in a timely manner.

• 2+ years of health care administration and customer service experience.
• 1+ year(s) experience with Manitoba (MHSIP) and/or Saskatchewan (MSB).
• Provincial Billing expertise.
• 1+ year experience working with Accuro or Telus EMRs.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and a willingness to take initiative.
• Deadline‑driven and results‑oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks.
• Outstanding personal skills and ability to collaborate within a team.

• Completion of certified courses – Medical Billing or equivalent.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Metabase, Confluence, Outlook.
