Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart’s location in Toronto, ON. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications, providing patient consultations, and maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations. Additional responsibilities include providing health and wellness advice, educating patients, and supporting overall pharmacy operations. The Staff Pharmacist will work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
  • Proficiency in medication dispensing, inventory management, and pharmaceutical compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing patient consultations, health advice, and team collaboration
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills to ensure the accuracy of prescriptions and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Experience with pharmacy management software is an asset
  • A strong understanding of current pharmaceutical practices, ethical guidelines, and relevant healthcare regulations
