Reports to: Supervisor, Molecular Imaging
Wage Range: $39.20 to $58.80 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Rotating 8 hour shifts across weekdays, with occasional evening, and Saturday shifts as required
Status: Permanent Full Time

The molecular imaging team is comprised of medical radiation technologists, radio pharmacists, radiologists, cardiologists and physicians who all work together to provide the best patient care.
The Nuclear Medicine department was the first to participate in the administration of Yttrium 90 Therasphere together with the Vascular Interventional team for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
As the first department in Ontario to use Radium-223 to treat prostate cancer, a preceptorship program was developed for other Ontario hospitals to implement Radium treatment programs.
The PET imaging department performs the highest number of PET scans in Ontario.
UHN is one of three sites in southern Ontario to perform PET Rubidium myocardical scans.
Nuclear Medicine at UHN was the first to perform Lutathera Lu-177 treatment for neuroendocrine tumours.
