A healthcare institution in Ontario seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide direct patient care and manage drug therapy for patients in a medical inpatient unit. Responsibilities include reviewing medication orders, patient education, and the provision of drug information. Qualifications include a recognized pharmacy degree and licensure with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred, along with strong teamwork and communication skills.

This is a full-time temporary position for 18 months.
