Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and deliver nursing care and medications

• Collaborate on personalized care plans with Registered Nurses

• Address physical, recreational, and spiritual needs of clients

Requirements:

• Active registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Experience with geriatrics preferred

• Psychogeriatric care skills advantageous

• Excellent communication and computer skills needed
