Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments in clients' home or community settings

• Recommend assistive and mobility devices as needed

• Design personalized treatment plans based on client needs

• Collaborate with families and community partners

• Evaluate client progress and document interventions

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapy of Ontario

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

• Experience with Dementia management preferred
